Laricks Real Estate has been a staple in Sea Isle City, helping people find their first and second homes for nearly 75 years. Currently led by Principal Agent Dustin Laricks, Laricks Real Estate is committed to building on the family tradition of delivering the very best service to real estate clients looking to buy or sell their home in Sea Isle City, as well as consistently bringing new innovation and technology to their clients, which is the primary reason Dustin Laricks decided to move his team to Compass.

Laricks Real Estate was formed back in 1946 by Arthur Laricks, Dustin’s grandfather. Over the years Arthur and Don Laricks grew the firm by hard work and exceptional customer service. Having grown up in the industry alongside his father and grandfather, Dustin has worked hard to take his team on this next journey. The Laricks Team is an impressive group – in addition to Don and Dustin, agents Maggie Sgalio, Valerie Bell, Debbie Gannon, Jason Walawender and Kerry Huddleston also round out this strong team.
