The original business was purchased from the Haukins Construction Company by Arthur Laricks shortly after WWII in 1946. The company was then run as a real estate and insurance company with limited vacation rentals.

In 1968 Donald Laricks became a licensed NJ real estate agent and focused on growing the sale and vacation rental business. In 1972 the business grew to where it was incorporated under the name of Arthur W. Laricks, Agency and Donald became the President and Broker of Record. In June of 1987 Donald decided to become part of Coldwell Banker Franchise as an independently owned and operated office. Donald then opened a branch office in Clermont NJ to better service the primary market.

In 2000, Dustin Laricks became a licensed NJ Real Estate agent and joined the family business as the third generation. Dustin has continued to focus on introducing the use of new and innovative technology into the family business.

In 2005 the Laricks family decided to tear down the old office building and construct a new state-of-the-art office in their existing location. The new office provides a comfortable work environment for both the agents and clients.

In 2007 Dustin and Donald purchased CB Township Realty which Dustin is the President and Broker of Record.
