Q. Do you take Credit cards?

A. Yes, we accept Visa and Master Card.

Q. Do I have to pay the entire balance of the rental at once?

A. If the house is reserved early enough, we will create a payment schedule of three payments.

Q. What are the check-in procedures?

A. Keys can be picked up at Laricks on the day of check-in, however we can not give the keys out prior to the 2:00.

Q. What if I'm arriving after 5:00 on the day of check-in?

A. Call ahead and we will make arrangements.

Q. What do I do with the keys in the event that we check-out prior to the office opening?

A. We have a drop box at our front door. Just leave the keys in there.

Q. What are my responsibilities at check-in?

A. You will be given a damage report when you pick up your keys. This must be filled out and returned to the office within 48 hours.

Q. What are my responsibilities at check-out?

A. Tenants are expected to vacuum/sweep floors, rinse out all sinks and tubs, empty the dishwasher and refrigerator, place all trash and recycling items in the proper containers, replace all bedspreads and pillows, sweep the decks and clean the grill if it was used during your stay.

Q. What do I have to do to reserve the unit for the following year?

A. Fill out a request form as you are checking out.

Q. How long does it take to get my security deposit back?

A. Assuming there is no damage to the unit, we send the deposits back 1 week after you check out.

Q. Does the house come with beach tags?

A. Some owner provide beach tags and other do not. If the house does not have beach tags included, you can purchase them on the beach.

Q. What can I rent my house for?

A. Our staff is very experienced with property management and will be happy to give you some comparable rental units and their corresponding rates.

Q. What can I do to increase my rental income and reservations?

A. Call a Laricks agent and have them meet you at your house to make specific recommendations.
